Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to various destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shakt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the item's condition.
